ABSTRACT
Office Digitalization is revolutionizing the way business is conducted within industrial value chains through the use of Internet, intensive data exchange and predictive analytics different from the office of yesteryears. However, technological application on its own is not enough; profiting from digitalization requires business model innovation such as making the transition to advanced service business models. Yet, many research gaps remain in analyzing how industrial companies can leverage digitalization to transform their business models to achieve sustainability benefits. Specifically, challenges related to value creation, value delivery, and value capture components of business model innovation need further understanding as well as how alignment of these components drive sustainable industry initiatives. This write up therefore attempts to look at the contributions of a digitalized office in sustaining industrial initiatives through improved productivity, high quality of product and easy service delivery.

ABSTRACT
The paper examines the relationship between perceived self efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students in selected tertiary institutions in southwest, Nigeria. Perceived Behavioural Control, another term for self-efficacy entails the individual’s perception of the ease or difficulty of becoming an entrepreneur. Multi-stage sampling technique was used to select all six universities currently running entrepreneurship as a programme in the Southwestern Nigeria; three polytechnics that are running entrepreneurship as part of their programmes were randomly selected for the study and stratified random technique used to select six hundred (600) final year students from the nine institutions. This sample size was determined by Godden (2004) formula for study population that is greater than fifty thousand respondents. Copies of structured questionnaire were used to collect the data from the respondents. Data were analyzed with the aid of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to test the hypothesis. Findings show that perceived self efficacy with (r=0.519, p<0.05) has positive and significant correlation with student’s entrepreneurial intention. The implication is that entrepreneurship is largely an act of mind. It is an attitude. Self-confidence and competence will help in becoming what one plans to become. It was concluded that having a high perception about one self could boost one’s entrepreneurial intention. The study however recommends that entrepreneurship education curriculum should be reviewed and enriched to enhance student’s perceived self-efficacy.

ABSTRACT
The adequacy and availability of economic infrastructure has been used today to access the level of industrial development of nations based on the poor state of infrastructures in Nigeria. The country has been rated poor due to inadequate supply of infrastructure especially electricity and water supply. These are very important inputs for production as no business can survive without these basic infrastructures which are grossly inadequate and the little that are available are mismanaged due to lack of proper maintenance and maintenance culture on the part of the users. This paper analyzed the impact of electricity supply on the business activities and it was found out that there is positive relationship between electricity supply and business performance but from the data collected from entrepreneurs surveyed, their major challenge in business is the inadequacy of electricity supply or power outage hence they resorted into using personal generators which add to their cost of doing business which grossly reduced their profit. The paper then recommended that government should invest heavily on infrastructures, and there should be proper maintenance of the existing facilities. In addition the masses should develop good attitudes towards government facilities and good maintenance culture to ensure effective utilization of resources for the economy to move forward.

The paper aim to evaluate the relationship of petroleum profit tax and economic development of Nigeria for the enhancement of the standard of living of the citizens. The research design used in this study is descriptive research design. Secondary data were used in this study. The relevant data for the study were obtained from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) annual Statistical Bulletins. The data covered the period from 2000-2019. OLS Regression analysis was used to measure the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables. Regression analysis technique was used to measure the relationship between a dependent variable and independent variables. The finding show that, petroleum profit tax (InPPT) has a positive impact on economic growth (InGDP) and this conform to the priori expectation of the theory. That is, as shown in the table 4.1, one percent level of increase in petroleum profit tax (InPPT) results in 0.268742 (i.e approximately 30%) increases in the level of economic growth (InGDP). Interestingly, the result of suchimpacts is statistically significant because the corresponding p-value (0.0301) is less than 0.05 or 5% statistical level of significance.the study recommends that: Deliberated efforts must be made in reviewing the current administration of PPTA in Nigeria to reflect the international standard on the petroleum profit tax Act as it relates to the assessment of firms in the upstream subsector of the petroleum industry, charging appropriate tax on taxable earnings of operators in the upstream subsector of the petroleum industry.

ABSTRACT
Financial inclusion has been globally recognized as essential for capital accumulation, easy financial services accessibility, poverty alleviation as well as entrepreneurial and economic growth. As Nigerian government is making progress in the achievement of financial inclusion, many businesses seems to be springing up in the financial and other economic sectors with intention to tap from the growing access to official financial services. The study examines the Effect of Financial Inclusion on Critical Thinking and Business Ideas Generation in North Central Nigeria. The study aims at ascertaining the effect of financial inclusion (FI) on entrepreneurial growth (EG) in relation to critical thinking and business ideas generation in North-central Nigeria using quarterly data from the World Bank’s World Development Indicators and the Central Bank of Nigeria. Data were analysed using correlation analysis and error correction approach. The results reveal that FI has a significant positive effect on EG particularly in the context of the retail and the wholesale subsectors contributions to gross domestic product (GDP). The results further indicate that account ownership (ACN) did not have significant influence on the growth rate of the retail and the wholesale sub-sectors, while commercial bank branches (CMB) was found to have significant influence on the growth rate of the retail and the wholesale sub-sectors. The study recommends that government should establish more CMB in all rural areas in Nigeria for easy access to official financial products by the unbanked entrepreneurs.
